The diamond bidding reward should be distributed among miners. Otherwise, the Pool Owners might play monopoly and the fair distribution of hacash can be compromised.
it’s fair for pool host and solo miner. wowpool is discussing to send some HACD block rewards as monthly bonus to the pool miners.
